With planning approval given a number of years previous, SVUH sought to advance to tender stage the 2-story rooftop extension 2800m² to St. Vincent’s University Hospital to accommodate the above.
In a team of 3, I was responsible for developing spacial and program planning developing all internal packages for going to tender including specifing materials for floor, internal partitions, ceiling, door and sanitary schedules. Developing Room Data Sheet using ADB software.

Also with a need to develop a new façade design I contributed to producing 3d models of various options.

The development is currently on hold.
